A California high school teacher’s ex-partner tried to lash out after the pair broke up — by sending a nude photo to students and staff.

David Galvan, 38, was charged with illegally accessing his ex-lover’s email in order to obtain a nude photo of him, then proceeded to send it to nearly 300 students and other faculty members, according to CBS Los Angeles.

Students and  faculty at John Muir High School in Pasadena, along with a member of the Board of Education, witnessed the photo of teacher Richard Rosa, dressed in his birthday suit after receiving an email with the subject line, “Enjoy.”

Rosa was out of the country when his scorned ex-boyfriend massed emailed everyone.

The L.A. County district attorney’s office issued a $110,000 arrest warrant against Galvan for false impersonation, identity theft, which are felonies along with internet/electronic impersonation and obscene matter.

Galvan had fled to Oregon once he knew he was wanted by the police, but he was caught and detained Oct. 21 in Hillsboro, Ore.

He waived an extradition hearing and was transported Wednesday to Pasadena City Jail, and then moved again to the L.A. County Jail.

According to his school profile, Rosa has been working at the school for four years and currently teaches chemistry and AP biology.
