More victims of the Oklahoma City police lieutenant, who threatened to arrest females if they didn’t perform sexual acts, have stepped forward. This brings the list of victims to 13 females, including a 17-year-old, all of whom claim they were sexually assaulted by the policeman over the past year.

Daniel Ken Holtzclaw, 27, is suspended on paid leave, while he remains on house arrest at the home of his parents.

Holtzclaw faces multiple counts of first-degree rape can see him sent to prison for life, however his attorney denies the 27-year-old has done anything wrong..

Earlier this week, Holtzclaw’s family posted a statement to the “Justice for Daniel Holtzclaw” page, as these new charges, filed over the latest alleged victims were revealed.

“Once again, it appears nothing more than accusations from those with an ulterior motive,” the family wrote.

Holtzclaw was arrested in August following an investigation into allegations that he forced women whom he had threatened to arrest or physically harm to perform various sex acts while he was on patrol. The females ranged from ages 17 to 58 and included a 57-year-old grandmother who was allegedly forced to perform oral sex on him.

He was hit with three additional counts this week of first-degree rape, just two months after he was charged with 16 felony counts including first-degree rape, sexual battery, indecent exposure, stalking, forcible oral sodomy and burglary.

He also faces one count each of second-degree rape by instrumentation, forcible oral sodomy and sexual battery. In total, he faces 32 counts for various alleged offenses.

The three women who most recently stepped forward reportedly did so after they saw him in the news for alleged crimes against other women.

In the case involving the 17-year-old, Holtzclaw reportedly approached the young girl on June 17 while she was out walking with friends in Oklahoma City. He told her there was a warrant out for her arrest but initially let her go.

He later allegedly found her, stopped her again and took her to her house where he groped her beneath her shirt and inserted his hand into her shorts and beneath her underwear while they were on her front porch.

Holtzclaw then allegedly forced her to perform oral sex and engage in sexual intercourse with him, according to the affidavit cited in The Oklahoman.

One of the other new victims was reportedly stopped by Holtzclaw while she was out walking May 22 and forced to perform oral sex and have sex with him inside a car.

On April 25th the third victim was allegedly pulled over and told by the Holtzclaw that she was going to a detox center, then taken to a different location where she was reportedly forced to perform oral sex and engage in intercourse with him.

Holtzclaw is due to appear in court on Nov.18th. He remains on House arrest and on $609,000 bail.
