A former English teacher in Utah who is standing trial after being charged with having sex with two students now faces additional charges after a third victim has come forward.

Brianne Altice, 35, a former assistant teacher at Davis High School in Kaysville, was arrested in October 2013 on charges that she allegedly had sex with a 16-year-old boy.

Then back in August of 2014, a second student accused Altice of having an inappropriate sexual relationship with him also.

With this third victim, Altice is facing a total of ten felony charges in connection with her sexual encounter with three boys, all of them underaged, the charges include: first-degree rape, first-degree forcible sodomy and second-degree forcible sexual abuse, reported according to the Salt Lake Tribune.

The third victim to accuse Altice claims that he engaged in a sexual relationship from August to September of 2013.

Edward Brass, who represents Altice, denied any sexual misconduct took place with any of the three students.

‘It is her defense that they did not happen at all,’ Brass wrote in a motion. ‘That she never engaged in any inappropriate contact with either of her students …’

According to the Prosecutors, Altice admitted to police investigators that she had sex with the 16-year-old boy on two occasions.

The teenaged boy accurately described the inside of Altice’s home to investigators and explained the tattoos on the former teacher’s body.

However, Brass motioned to the court judge not to allow those statements permissible at the trial, claiming Altice was coerced into an admission through intimidation by at least 8 male police officers, who showed up at her home to question her about the allegations.

Her defense attorney claimed in court that the officers prohibited her from caring for her children, contact an attorney or use the bathroom for four hours as they pressed her for statements.

‘Her statements were coerced and involuntary and were taken in violation of her so-called Miranda rights,’ Brass wrote in court papers, The evidence she provided was the product of that tainted statement.’

One of the victims, who is now 18, testified in court in September, explaining in graphic detail how the two allegedly had sex in her Farmington home.

According to the teen, he was 17 years old at the time he became involved with Altice between April and June of last year, according to The Salt Lake Tribune.

Her former student explained the illicit relationship started with kissing between class periods and eventually led to full blown sexual intercourse.

He described Altice as a teacher with benefits, Under Utah law, a victim cannot consent to sex if the other person is in a position of special trust.

Altice has pleaded not guilty to all the charges. Since her arrest she has lost her job and her husband filed for divorce.

Altice is scheduled to appear back in court on January 12 for a preliminary hearing to hear testimony from the third alleged victim.
