She allegedly took the teenager to her home to her Apartment, where she engaged in sexual intercourse with him.

However on March 12, just weeks after the incident, the boy complained to police.

Police conducted an investigation and uncovered ‘explicit phone messages and photographs the two had exchanged while they were involved with each other.

The former English teacher surrendered to police on April 28 and was charged with sexual abuse of a child by a person in a position of trust or authority.

Seabury pleaded guilty last week one count of fourth-degree rape, Delaware Online reported.

However, on Monday, she managed to escape jail time and was sentenced to 18 months’ probation by Superior Court Judge, Robert B. Young.
