A dopey suspect tried to flee from cops during a traffic stop, but ended up crashing right into a prison parking lot, police said.

Jason Davis allegedly sped off after officers tried to pull his vehicle over in Toledo, Ohio, at 2:30 a.m. on Wednesday, reports The Blade.

Patrol cars pursued the 33-year-old. But he soon rammed through the gate at the Toledo Correctional Institution.

Davis allegedly circled the facility by driving around the prison’s internal driveway. He then got back to the lot and tried to leave, but ran over stop sticks and punctured his tires.

Davis, from Monroe in Michigan, was forced out his car and arrested and charged with two counts of vandalism of government property, failure to comply, possession of drugs and resisting arrest.

He also faces charges of obstructing official business, drug paraphernalia, failure to stop at a stop sign and not using a turn signal.

Davis is set to be arraigned Thursday, according to The Blade.
