For the 11th time, a San Francisco 49er has been JammedUp with the law.

Police in Northern California detained the San Francisco 49ers starting fullback Bruce Miller last Thursday for misdemanor spousal battery.

Santal Clara Police took Miller into custody last Thursday at an undisclosed location. The 49ers said they were investigating the incident, General Manager Trent Baalke said Monday night.

“The San Francisco 49ers organization is aware of the matter involving Bruce Miller; We were disappointed to learn of these reports and will do our due diligence in collecting all relevant information,” Baalke said in a written statement.

Miller had gotten engaged last fall after receiving a three-year contract extension. The team had a rash of off the field incidents involving their players.

The 6 foot 2 inch, 248 pound full back was a key cog in the 49ers running attack, which saw Frank Gore reach 1,000 yds in four straight season. Miller has refused comment. The Santa Clara Police Dept. have released very few details and is deferring the case to the District Attorney’s office
