Taggart is facing multiple charges including two counts of object rape, one count of forcible sodomy, second-degree forcible sexual abuse, two counts of third-degree dealing in harmful materials to a minor, and two counts of supplying alcohol to a minor.

Police suspect that there could be other victims and are further investigation Taggart. Although he admitted to partaking in the card games during the sleepover, he denied taking part in the allegations of sexual abuse the victim is alleging.

Taggart’s daughter confirmed the events that occurred while she was awake.

A spokesman for Ancestory.com reiterated Taggart has not been involved with the company for a number of years.

Taggart is currently in the custody of the Utah County Jail.
