Federal Prosecutors charged Four men who ran a significant drug trafficking organization, spanning from Tempe, Arizona to Indianapolis.

Agents seized a mother load of narcotics including 42 pounds of methamphetamine, 35 kilograms of heroin and cocaine, an arsenal of 25 guns and $4.5 million in cash.

Federal agents conducted extensive surveillance at the “Venue Mega Mall Flea Market,” in Indianapolis, over the course of the probe. Investigators say the defendants operated illegal drug transactions out of legitimate businesses.

Arrested in the raids were Geraldo Colon, 46, Darrell Fuqua, 39, Agustin Osuna-Toquillas, 26, and Marco AntonioBueno-Acosta, 24. All four men have been indicted on charges of conspiracy to distribute heroin and cocaine charges.

The joint investigation involved the United States Attorney Josh J. Minkler, Marion County Prosecutor Terry Curry, IMPD Chief Rick Hite, and agents from the IRS and Homeland Security Agency.

“If you are selling heroin for money, and I will call it what it is, blood money. The message is simple; we’ll find you, and hit you as hard as we can with the federal hammer, proclaimed Minkler.

Agents conducted raids on Wednesday morning at three locations, confiscating massive amounts of heroin, cocaine and over $1.8 million in cash.
