Former Denver Bronco Adrian Robinson Dies at the Age of 25

Former Denver Broncos linebacker Adrian Robinson Jr. tragically Died Saturday night, at the young age of 25. The cause of death is unknown

Robinson played for the 2013 AFC Champion Denver Broncos team that made it to the Super Bowl. He was a standout linebacker at Temple University. In addition to the Broncos, Robinson went on to play for the Pittsburgh Steelers, San Diego Chargers and Washington Redskins.

The announcement was made Sunday by Symmetry, the agency who represented Robinson on Facebook, which read: ‘It deeply saddens all of us to share with you that Adrian Robinson Jr. passed away last night at the age of 25. ‘Adrian was a beloved father, son, brother, friend and teammate. We ask that you please respect his family‚Äôs privacy during this difficult time, and especially keep his daughter Avery Marie in your prayers. Thank you for all of your support and consideration.’

The Steelers signed Robinson as an undrafted free agent in 2012, where he played 12 games. He was traded to the Philadelphia Eagles before signing on with the Broncos, where he played six games and made an appearance in the Super Bowl.

He recently signed to play with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League. He leaves behind a one-year-old daughter and his brother Averee, who is also a defensive lineman at Temple University.
