Aaron Hernandez Involved in Gang Related Jail-House Fight

Even jail can’t prevent Aaron Hernandez from keeping himself out of trouble.

The former New England Patriots star tight end is serving life in prison at the Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center.after he was convicted for the first-degree murder of Odin Lloyd.

Hernandez was allegedly involved in what could be a gang-related brawl on Tuesday.

A source told CNN spoke that Hernandez was a lookout as a fellow inmate walked inside a man’s cell and attacked him. The two men were reported to have been involved in a fight the day before. Prison officials placed both men and Hernandez in a management unit and will be further disciplined.

The two men involved in the incident had been in a fight on Monday, and now all three, including Hernandez, are being disciplined.

The altercation isn’t Hernandez’ first time he has gotten into trouble in jail. He was involved in a brawl at the Bristol County Jail as he awaited his murder trial.

A Boston judge could schedule a trial date on Thursday the 2012 double-murder Daniel Abreu and Safiro Furtado. Hernandez allegedly killed both men after an altercation ensued at a Boston nightclub after Abreu reportedly spilled a drink on him.

The men were executed in their car with a .38 caliber revolver as they waited at a traffic light.

Hernandez is reported to have said after the double slaying; “I think I got one in the head and one in the chest.”
