Police in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania arrested a woman, who they say tied a man to a bed and set him on fire using a flammable substance.

According to the police report, the woman, identified as 27-year-old Christina Leach, is charged in with aggravated assault, arson and theft.

Silver Spring Township Police said the unidentified man told them Leach offered to give him a massage at his home in Cumberland County Saturday night.

“She tied him to the bed and poured a flammable substance on his upper torso and lit him on fire. She then fled in his van, which she was driving at the time of her arrest,” Sgt. Leroy Hippensteel during a press conference Saturday night.

Hippensteel said the man somehow freed himself and jumped from a second-story window and managed to drive himself to a nearby convenience store to call for help.

Emergency responders had the man flown to Lehigh ValleyBurn Center, where he is currently being treated. His condition is not known Hippensteel said.

Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire in the home, officials said.

Leach was arrested by Harrisburg police in neighboring Dauphin County on Saturday night. Harrisburg Police Department Sgt. Gabriel Olivera said officers apprehended in a white work van reported stolen from the man’s Silver Spring Township home.

Hippensteel said that Leach also faces additional charges in Dauphin County and is currently being held at the Dauphin County Prison.
