Prosecutors have indicted Cleveland Browns linebacker Armonty Bryant on two counts of felony drug charges.

Police arrested Bryant along with former teammate De’Ante Saunders on Christmas after pulling over Saunders’ vehicle for speeding. Officers conducted a search of the car and discovered marijuana, oxycodone, Adderall and a loaded weapon.

Saunders, who was released from the practice squad shortly after the incident was charged with drunk driving and improper handling of a weapon in a motor vehicle.

Browns GM Ray Farmer suspended the 25-year-old Bryant, a 2013 seventh round draft pick, for the last two games of the season. He remains on the roster.

An arraignment is scheduled for Feb, 24th in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court. Bryant had two prior arrests when he attended college at East Central Oklahoma after he sold marijuana to an undercover officer.

Bryant could face punishment by the NFL for violating the league’s substance-abuse policy.
