A teenaged student who was the victim of abuse by a sex-crazed teacher in Los Angeles is suing the woman and the school district.

A judge sentenced Michelle Yeh, who worked as a Los Angeles substitute teacher at San Pedro High School to four years in prison for engaging in sexual intercourse with two minors back on Jan. 15th.

Prosecutors charged Yeh with engaging in sex with two minors and molesting two others. One of the victims, identified as a 16-year-old male known only as “John Doe,” has now filed a lawsuit for sexual abuse, breach of mandatory duty and negligence against his former teacher and the Los Angeles Unified School District.

The lawsuit claims Yeh showered the boy, who was 15 at the time, with gifts including a new Xbox 360 and video games worth $400 along with trips to Disney World.

The boy, who was a student Yeh’s biology class, claimed he received high grades he didn’t deserve.

According to court documents, Yeh showered her students with expensive gifts and supplied them with drugs and alcohol before engaging in sex with them.

“After drinking alcohol and abusing drugs, Yeh would participate in sexual intercourse with John Doe,” the lawsuit stated.

The boy alleges in the lawsuit how she went over to his house but had plans for more than just playing video games.

“She started rubbing my face, calling me cute, handsome,” the victim told the local station. “She started kissing me and from there we had sex.”

The boy described how the relationship lasted for up to two months where the two would “eat, go somewhere, come back, have sex,”

The victim further accuses Yeh of supplying the teen with marijuana, alcohol and prescription drugs, including Xanax.

Lawyers for the teen maintain that the months of sexual abuse and gifts their client endured has caused “irreparable harm,” and are seeking an unspecified amount of damages.

A police investigation uncovered that Yeh had victimized other students with the same method, even meeting the underaged victims meeting the at hotels for sex.

“Sexual abuse has become an epidemic at LAUSD,” the teen’s lawyer, David Ring told the Daily Breeze. “This lawsuit is about holding the district accountable for its failure to properly screen, train and supervise its teachers.”

Prosecutors charged Yeh last July and convicted the disgraced teacher for engaging in sexual intercourse with a minor under 16, oral copulation of a minor under 16, child molestation and committing a lewd act on a child.
