It what seems like a daily occurrence, comedian Katt Williams is once again JammedUp with the law in Georgia.

Police arrested the troubled comedian on Tuesday afternoon after allegedly assaulting his own bodyguard after the man refused to follow Williams’ instructions and engage in criminal activity” according to the Hall County Sheriff.

Williams faces charges including aggravated assault, false imprisonment, and making terroristic threats in the Feb.28th assault of bodyguard Corey Dixon.

According to a press release from the Hall County Sherrif’s Office, Dixon was allegedly taken to the home of Williams late last month where he was beaten with a baseball bat and choked by 24-year-old Tatiana Smith.

During the attack, the 42-year-old Williams also threatened to kill the bodyguard during the assault.

Authorities discovered marijuana and several weapons while executing a search warrant of Williams’ Gainsville home.

Smith also faces charges of aggravated assault, possession of marijuana and possession of Alprazolam.

Police arrested another woman, 40-year-old Lena Smith, for felony possession of marijuana.

Williams and the two women are in custody, held without bail, and scheduled hearing is set for Wednesday, the sheriff’s office said.

Additionally, the funnyman and his 15 person entourage were accused of robbing five women at gunpoint in Atlanta on the same day the assault on Dixon had occurred.

The following day Williams was arrested for assault after he punched a pool store employee in Gainesville, Georgia during a heated argument.

Williams, whose real name is Micah, claimed the victim used the N-word during the disagreement.

He also faces a felony rap along with hip-hop mogul Row Suge Knight after a female photographer in Beverly Hills accused the celebrities of stealing her camera in 2014.

As JammedUp reported on Tuesday, video obtained by TMZ showed Williams starting a brawl at a rap show in Philadelphia Sunday night. Williams can be seen sucker punching a man during the show but ended up on the floor getting stomped out by the man’s crew.
