A lap dance has a Michigan man JammedUp with the law after he paid a stripper with a phony $100 bill at a local giggle joint, police say.

According to the Detroit News, 32-year-old Stephen Gidcumb is charged with intentionally passing counterfeit notes after he was arrested on May 13th.

Saginaw County sheriff’s deputies said Gidcumb paid for a lap dance at a Saginaw County Strip Club. Officials said the suspect had fake bills mixed in with real $100 bills.

A worker at the club noticed the fake $100. Employees were then told to be on the lookout for Gidcumb, according to MLive.com.

Chief Assistant Prosecutor Christopher Boyd said Gidcumb was nabbed later that evening when he returned to the club. Police discovered at least ten more counterfeit notes that Gidcumb had been printing at his home on his computer, authorities said.

Gidcumb now faces a felony charged that carries a maximum penalty of seven years in prison. He also faces a felony charge of carrying a concealed weapon; his arrest warrant alleges he had a pistol in his vehicle.

Gidcumb was held on a $50,000 bond, his next court appearance is scheduled for May 31st
