Federal prosecutors indicted “Glee” star Mark Salling on charges of receiving and possessing child pornography; authorities said Friday.

According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, the 33-year-old actor, who played bad-boy Noah “Puck” Puckerman on the Fox series, stands accused in a two-count indictment using the Internet to receive still images and a video of young underaged girls.

Law enforcement officials said Salle agreed to surrender next Friday, which is when he is also expected to appear in Federal court for his arraignment, Fox News L.A. reported.

Authorities arrested Salling back in December 2015, at this Shadow Hills home after officers seized a laptop, hard drive and flashed drive allegedly containing images and videos depicting illegal child porn.

If found guilty, Salling faces up to 20 years in prison for each count.

“Those who download and possess child pornography create a market that causes more children to be harmed,” U.S. Attorney Eileen M. Decker said in an announcement.

She added, “Young victims are harmed every time someone generates an image, every time it is distributed and every time it is viewed.”

The actor’s publicist has not commented on the latest developments.
