Police arrested wrestling legend Jerry “The King” Lawler and his girlfriend during a no-holds-barred brawl at their Memphis home on Thursday, officials said.

Fox 13 Memphis reported police arrested the 66-year-old Lawler, and Lauryn McBride, his 27-year-old love interest, on domestic assault charges.

Officers arrested the pair once they were unable to determine who started the fight after Lawler and McBride gave differing accounts, both blaming each for who started the violent altercation in the kitchen of the home they have shared for the past five years.

According to the arrest report, McBride claimed Lawler had shoved her against the kitchen counter, struck her, in the head before placing a gun on the counter and telling her “Go ahead and kill yourself.”

However, Lawler gave a different version of events to cops alleging McBride was in a drunken rage, kicked him in the groin, scratched his face, and threw a candle at him.

He further claimed she grabbed the handgun from the garage and placed it on the kitchen counter.

The Hall of Fame wrestler who first joined the WWE in 1992, where he continues to work as a commentator.

Lawler had once maintained a famous feud with late comedian Andy Kaufman in the 1980s, which included a brawl on Late Night with David Letterman.

The wrestler would go on to later admit that he and Kaufman had staged the entire rivalry, and in real life, the two were actually good friends.
