Stoned man t-bones undercover police car leaving three cops hospitalized in Queens, N.Y.

A stoned man behind the wheel T-boned an undercover police car in Queens, New York, leaving three cops hospitalized early Sunday morning.

The New York Daily News reported that 25-year-old Edward Howard got behind the wheel of his Dodge Charger when he made a left turn and slammed into the officers’ black Ford Crown Victoria at around 1 a.m. Sunday.

At the time of the incident, the officers had their lights and sirens turned on and were responding to gunshots reported in the area.

The force of the collision pushed the Ford into a parked van.

First responders rushed the three officers to Long Island Jewish Medical Center, where police announced that they are in stable condition.

Howard was transported to Jamaica Hospital and is expected to make a full recovery.

Authorities said that the man reeked of marijuana, and a burned marijuana joint was also discovered in his cupholder.
