Oklahoma Police released body camera footage showing an unarmed man pointing his fingers in the shape of a gun before a police officer fatally shot him.

Officials said Officer Robert Reynolds fatally shot Andrew Henson following a high-speed pursuit that reached speeds more than 100 mph after fleeing a traffic stop last month in Wagoner.

According to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, Henson fled the scene when a police officer discovered he had an outstanding arrest warrant in Mississippi.

The pursuit ended after Henson rammed a police vehicle and sending his SUV into a rollover, the Tulsa World reported.

Bodycam footage from the encounter shows the moment Henson, who is white, exited the vehicle, then “made a threatening move by raising his arms toward the officer,” and yelled, “You’re going to have to kill me n—–.”

Reynolds, who is also white, fired five rounds from his weapon, dropping the young man to the pavement .

Afterwards, the officer is heard telling a fellow cop, “I don’t know if he’s got a gun, he pointed it at me.” colleague afterwards.

Investigators said no weapons were discovered.
