On Tuesday night, TMZ obtained a video recorded by a police officer’s body camera that places Marcus Vick in legal trouble yet again.

The Virginia Tech quarterback and NFL flameout, also known as Michael Vick’s younger sibling, is serving a one-month jail sentence after he pleaded guilty to resisting arrest on July 11th. The video reveals that Vick ran off in a dead sprint past a group of officers who had surrounded him to arrest him for a previous charge.

Once Vick avoids the first cop, he began heading for the hills. The rest of the police chase is recorded on one cop’s body camera, who yells out, “He’s running, he’s running.” About forty seconds later, the same officer shouted: “He’s stopping, he’s sitting down.” Vick then appears to have given up his escape and collapsed on the sidewalk, the cops them approached him at gunpoint and handcuffed him.

The incident places Vick back in the spotlight less than one day after his Twitter rant which accused LeSean McCoy of “stealing” his ex-girlfriend and giving her herpes. It is unclear how Vick was able to post to his social media behind bars.
