A stockbroker from London who is facing rape charges said that he thought his victim was crying because of the size of his manhood.

Daniel Green faces rape charges stemming from an incident in which he allegedly sexually assaulted a 29-year-old woman last May following a wild bash with cocaine and champagne at the offices of StratX in London. The woman said she had crawled beneath a desk to pass out until she could catch the first train home.

However, the 26-year-old Green gave a differing version of events, claiming in court that the two were in the office after most of the attendees at the party had gone home and engaged in consensual sex, The Mirror reported.

Green said: ‘She was touching me, she unbuttoned my shirt and she was touching me, also we were still kissing.’

He added that the two had taken off all of their clothes and were in a spoon position under a desk when he tried to have sex with her.

“I looked up, and I see a tear on her face. So I sat back. I said, ‘F–k you are crying,’” he stated, adding that she then told him, “Can you leave please, just go.”

Daniel Green, a 26-year-old stockbroker, says he believed his alleged victim was crying because of the size of his penis.

Green then testified he thought the victim may have been crying because his penis size hurt her, which he claims causes pain since it’s 10 inches long with and four inches in girth.

The brash stockbroker said he quickly grabbed his clothes left the office claiming the whole incident occurred less than two or three minutes.

Earlier this week, the victim testified that she was sleeping before the attack and attempted to get away from Green. However, the stockbroker denied both allegations and said that they had been having a conversation.

She claimed she had continuously told him “no” and testified to the court “I didn’t consent to sex with Daniel.”

The woman confided to a friend about the attack the same day, and it was then reported to authorities.
