A Houston dentist opened fire on a man reportedly high on synthetic Marijuana in the parking lot of his office after he was seen fondling himself and behaving aggressively.

Houston Police Department officers were dispatched to the scene of the New Teeth Dental Solutions office. An unidentified man had reportedly ripped off his clothes inside of the office and started to fondle himself. The naked man allegedly ran after employees around the office and then proceeded to go to the parking lot.

One of the dentists confronted the crazed man, who purportedly became aggressive, and the dentist pulled out his gun and shot at the naked man in self-defense. The man was brought to the hospital, where his injuries were listed as non-life threatening, ABC6 reported.

John Cannon, a spokesperson for the Houston Police Department, told reporters that the exposed man charged at the dentist before he fired his gun. The dentist shot the man one time in the abdomen.

Police officials said other bystanders reported that the man seemed to be under the influence of drugs.

Houston has had issues in the past with individuals exhibiting unusual behavior and a rash of overdoses after ingesting “Kush,” which is a form of synthetic marijuana.

Authorities discovered sixteen people many of them homeless, who had overdosed on the synthetic drug in Hermann Park back in June.

Back in August, a man in Texas fell off the roof of his neighbor’s house while naked. The man later informed authorities that he was having “revenge sex” with his neighbor’s wife because the neighbor had sex with his wife. He also confessed to taking “K2,” which another brand of manufactured marijuana. Law enforcement officials discovered the man walking naked down his street.

The Harris County District Attorney’s Office indicated that they will present the dentist’s case to a grand jury to ascertain if any charges will be filed.
