Rachel Carrier, a Louisiana mother-of-five has been sentenced to a year behind bars for repeatedly having sex with a 15-year-old boy during alcohol-filled house parties, which she hosted.

A judge handed the thirty-five-year-old the sentence last Thursday, just two weeks after she pleaded guilty to four counts of contributing to a minor’s delinquency and six counts of carnal knowledge of a juvenile.

According to authorities, the woman engaged in multiple sexual encounters with the unidentified 15-year-old and sometimes had him and his friend’s sleepover at her house.

During the sleepovers, Carrier allowed the teens to drink alcohol and smoke.

Last week, a district judge sentenced Carrier to eight years behind bars but waived that portion of her sentence, as long as she complies with several provisions, Nola.com reported.

Carrier will be required to serve one year in the Washington Parish jail, and then will be forced to complete five years of probation.

Additionally, she also is required to register as a sex-offender and complete court-mandated mental health counseling.

The judge did grant her credit the time that she served since she was arrested.

Judge Martin Coady has also banned the woman from having any communication with the victim, his family, or any other unsupervised minors, except for her own relatives.

Police arrested Rachel Carrier back on June 28th and was released after two days on $30,000 bond with particular instructions not to have any contact with the teenage victim.

However, instead of complying with the conditions of her release, Carrier resumed having alcohol and drug-fueled sex binges with teens, including the one she was required to stay away from, the sheriff’s office reported.

As a result of her recklessness, Carrier, who has three teen daughters, was remanded on August 12th and charged with three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.
