Mark Salling, the former star of the hit TV show ‘Glee,’ has been accused of sexually assaulting a 22-year-old woman, according to Los Angeles Police officials.

The victim told authorities she was dating the 33-year-old actor for several months and the couple went into a bedroom to have sex, according to The Daily Mail.

However, the woman reportedly changed her mind and told Salling “I can’t do this.” Immediately after, he allegedly forced himself on her, according to a police report that she filed back in April.

Furthermore, the victim claims the rape occurred four years ago. The district attorney is now investigating the case to determine whether charges will be filed.

Mark Salling was indicted back in May for possession of child porn.

He was apprehended by the LAPD in December 2015 after the feds seized a laptop, hard drive and flash drive that reportedly had pictures and videos depicting child pornography.

Soon after, a more thorough review of Salling’s computer allegedly yielded pornographic images of children under the age 10-years-old.

Law enforcement officials revealed investigators discovered over a thousand images of children in compromising sexual situations.

LAPD Lieutenant Andrea Grossman referred to some of the shocking pictures showing grade school-aged girls as “disturbing,” The New York Daily News reported at the time.

TMZ reported back in December that police were “100%” confident that they would find child porn in Salling’s residence based on a tip they received from his ex-girlfriend.

Crime Watch Daily first reported the accusations. They stated that police used battering rams to gain entry into the house because the actor refused to let them into the home.

His computer and other electronic devices were all seized by police after Salling declined to give them his password.

The actor was scheduled to go to trial in July, but the case was postponed after he requested for time to appoint a new lawyer.

While on bail, the actor’s internet-connected devices must now be approved by federal authorities before he can use them, he has to wear a location-monitoring bracelet at all times and will be required to submit to drug testing.

Salling shot to fame when he played Noah “Puck” Puckerman on the hit series Glee.

He first appeared on the show back in 2008 and was a series regular until its fifth season.

His December arrest was not the star’s first run-in with the law. In March, Mark Salling reportedly agreed to a $2.7 million settlement with a woman who had filed charges against him for sexual assault.

In 2011, Roxanne Gorzela alleged that he forced her to have unprotected sex and then when she confronted him a couple of days later; he shoved her to the ground.

It was reported that the case reached a settlement midway through the trial after Gorzela dropped the sexual battery allegations.

Salling admitted to carelessly causing her to fall and hurt herself. She is not believed to have been the individual who tipped off the feds.
