The boy’s mother was Duran’s former teacher-turned-lover.

During a confession, Duran admitted to both slayings and said he became upset Barahona was meddling in his relationship with his new girlfriend.

Additionally, Isaac Duran also told cops he took “issue” with the way she was raising Miguel.

Neighbors told The New York Post Barahona would display odd behavior and sometimes dressed Miguel as a girl.

Duran told investigators he committed the murders in part because the way she would dress their son as a girl.

Police went to the West 153rd Street apartment after receiving a call from the building’s super regarding a foul odor emanating from the apartment, officials said.

Barahona, an Afghanistan war vet, taught science at DeWitt Clinton High School in the Bronx when she engaged in a 4-month sexual tryst with Duran, who was her student when he was 17.
