Connecticut authorities reported at least two people are dead, and two others wounded after gunfire erupted at a Meek Mill concert on Friday night.

According to Wallingford Police Lt. Cheryl Bradley, Mill had just finished performing when the shooting occurred the entrance of the Oakdale Theatre around 11:15 p.m.

Bradley described the scene as “chaotic as you can imagine,” when all available police officers from several neighboring counties responded to the venue.

The police official said a manhunt was underway early Saturday for the suspect in the fatal shooting, according to the New York Daily News.

Bradley said the names of the deceased victims haven’t been released pending notification of next of kin.

Cell phone video taken by a bystander shows Meek Mill leaving the concert hall before shots rang out.

The rapper, whose real name is Robert Williams, lost his 21-year-old cousin to gun violence this past September.

Officials said emergency responders rushed the two wounded male victims to Yale and New Haven hospitals, where both are expected to survive.

Bradley didn’t provide any further details on the events what leading up to the shooting, whether the victims knew each other or on the identity of the suspect. “At this time, we are looking into possible leads, suspect vehicles, descriptions.”

Meek Mill recently remained under house arrest after violating probation for the fourth time.
