A former New York City cop turned heroin dealer who was arrested three times in one year, was sentenced to four years in prison on Friday.

A judge in Staten Island handed down the sentence to 30-year-old Stacey Staniland after she was removed from a court-ordered rehab center for selling drugs to other patients, according to officials.

“We agree with the court’s decision to hold Staniland accountable for her crimes,” said Michael McMahon, the Staten Island District Attorney.

Ex-cop Stacey Staniland, 29, of Staten Island, has been arrested three times in less than a year, police say.

“Staniland was given opportunities to avail herself of treatment from our office and the courts, and on each occasion violated that condition and escalated her criminal behavior to selling drugs.”

Staniland was working in the 122nd Precinct last year when authorities busted her possession for heroin — she was also arrested her another time after a wild motorcycle accident, The New York Daily News reported.

She resigned from the department in July.
