A woman slit a man in the face at the 40/40 Club, the Flatiron District hotspot owned by hip-hop superstar Jay-Z, police sources revealed on Monday.

Police said 27-year-old Lia Blount had a dispute with 21-year-old Alejandro Corona after he inadvertently bumped into her at the 40/40 Club on Saturday at approximately 12:30 a.m.

Blount then smashed a wine glass on a brass railing and sliced him in the face with a piece of the glass.

Corona was taken to Bellevue Hospital, where he required ten stitches, The New York Daily News reported.

Authorities charged the woman with assault, police sources indicated. She has a prior record stemming from an incident in 2011 on Halloween that resulted in a myriad of charges against her including harassment, possession of a weapon — which was reportedly a kitchen knife, and assault.

The 40/40 Club refers to itself as “an all-American sports bar and lounge.”

The NYPD previously had to investigate a fake bomb that a prankster planted outside the club in October 2014. An employee of 40/40 at the time said the bomb “had nothing to do” with the restaurant.
