Estibaliz Carranza, a femme fatale from Austria, will have plenty of new prospects to choose from at her new prison.

The 38-year-old Carranza, who is better known as ‘The Ice Cream Killer, will be transported to an all-male prison because she’s considered too dangerous to be serving her sentence at a women’s facility.

The deranged murderer has a lengthy history of attracting men into her web and then executing them before slicing up their remains with a chainsaw.

In 2012, she was sentenced to life in prison for the murders and dismemberments of her ex-husband and her former lover on two separate occasions.

Estibaliz Carranza shot both of her victims in the head, sliced up their bodies, stored their remains in a freezer, and then buried them under the concrete floor of her ice cream shop. She then used air fresheners to conceal the smell of their rotting bodies.

After she was convicted, Carranza was required to serve her sentence at a women’s facility in Schwarzenau, Lower Austria, but will now be transferred to a “special” all-male prison in Asten, Upper Austria, according to The Mirror.

Carranza will be the first female inmate to be housed at the state-of-the-art penitentiary, which currently holds 91 prisoners. Thirteen more female prisoners will be transported there in the future.

Manfred Hinterberger was Carranza’s second victim

The staff at the facility consists of 18 therapists, 45 nurses, four doctors, and eight correctional officers.

Inmates are allowed to prepare meals together in their single and double cells – and can freely roam the grounds. They can also relax and watch TV in the lounge.

In 2008, Carranza approached her ex-husband, Holger Holz, from behind as he worked on his computer before she pressed a .22-caliber firearm against the back of his head and pulled the trigger.

She admitted that she was enraged when Holz wouldn’t leave their home in Vienna following their divorce. She also referred to him as “violent and lazy.”

The pair had met when she was an Au Pair in Germany before she became the owner of an ice cream shop in Vienna.

Two years after the first killing, Carranza executed her ice cream salesman boyfriend, Manfred Hinterberger, in a similar style.

She shot several bullets into the back of his head when she went to confront him about a purported affair he was having, but he was drunk and unconscious.

After disposing of his remains, she got a manicure to fix her damaged nails.

In 2011, plumbers found the remains of both victims as they were doing work in the cellar of the ice cream shop.

Carranza fled to Italy but was apprehended by authorities several days later.

She was two months pregnant by another man at the time she was arrested and has married him while in prison.

She has written a memoir called, “My Two Lives: The True Story of the Ice Lady
