MS-13 gang member arrested for double stabbing and sexual assault of girlfriend’s daughter.

An MS-13 gang member, who had been deported four times from the U.S. reportedly stabbed two women and sexually assaulted a 2-year-old child in a suburb outside of New York City.

Tommy Vladim Alvarado-Ventura, 31, assaulted the child on Tuesday in Hempstead, Long Island while the girl’s mother was working and he was in charge of watching the baby, Nassau County Police indicated in a press release.

Prosecutors said he then attacked a woman outside of a bar early Wednesday after they got into a dispute over purchasing marijuana. He reportedly punched and stabbed her in the mouth, back, and thigh before fleeing the scene, ABC7 reported.

The woman was brought to the hospital and suffered a collapsed lung.

Officials said the MS-13 gang member went to the apartment and got into an argument with his girlfriend when she realized that her 2-year-old had “suffered severe injuries inflicted by him.”

He then purportedly punched and stabbed his girlfriend “multiple times,” before she was able to grab her children and call the police.

“This is, in 28 years, the most heinous criminal act I’ve ever seen,” Nassau County Police Commissioner Thomas Krumpter said in an interview with CBS New York. “It is nauseating.”

Police said Alvarado-Ventura was deported four times back to El Salvador between 2006 and 2011, and it is unclear when he returned to the U.S.

On Thursday, the suspect pleaded not guilty and was ordered to remain in custody without bail. He is facing life behind bars.
