A kidnapped teen from California went to great lengths to flee from the captor who purportedly drugged and raped her as part of a kidnapping ploy.

The unidentified kidnapped victim, who is only 13-years-old, allegedly accepted a ride from 50-year-old Timothy Lee Marble outside of a Napa Shell gas station when she ran away from home after an argument with her mother on Friday morning.

Marble drove the young girl to an isolated area, smoked weed with her, and suggested that they have sex, according to CBS San Francisco.

When the victim rejected his proposition, Marble reportedly “tied her to a tree and sexually assaulted her” and “used a syringe to inject her with meth.”

Close to three hours after the two left the gas station, the suspect called authorities when the teen, who he referred to as his “companion,” jumped out his truck along state Highway 1.

When authorities arrived at the scene, the girl, who had several abrasions across her body, emerged from the bushes where she hid from the perpetrator.

Police verified that the girl ran away from home after they spoke with her mother.

Detectives discovered razor blade and knife slices on the child’s legs, along with an engraving of Marble’s name.

The former convict was arrested and booked into the Sonoma County Jail on several counts of kidnapping, committing sexual acts with a minor, and child abuse.
