The woman from the Bronx, New York who threatened to call authorities and wrongly accuse her Uber driver of rape, has been banned from Uber for life.
Dash-cam video, which surfaced online this week, showed the passenger angrily accosting the driver for close to 9 minutes — and she even went so far as to say “Donald Trump going to send you and your family [to your country].”
“The behavior in this video is abusive and unacceptable,” an Uber spokesperson announced in a statement.
“As our Guidelines make clear, this will not be tolerated by anyone who uses Uber,” they continued. “The rider’s account has been banned.”
Moreover, not only did the woman threaten to report the driver for sexual abuse, but the outraged passenger was also busted on video saying that she would punch herself and tell the police that he did it. the New York Post reported.
She repeatedly said: “You’re going to jail.”
The exchange reportedly began after the passenger asked the driver for a cell phone charger, which he did not have.
“If I don’t have a charger, politely ask me. I’ll politely tell you, ‘I’m sorry, I don’t have one,’” the man said. “But you start disrespecting me.”
The identities of both the driver and the passenger have not been revealed.
