Four gang members from Atlanta have been convicted of the murder of a 31-year-old father who was mime artist after they mistakenly thought he was a rival gang member.

In September 2014, Antonio Clements drove into a gang ambush before he was killed at a Chevron gas station.

Durrell Marco Muse, 29; Tequila Danae Forehand, 31; Darious Harris, 23; and Jujuane Harris, 19, have been convicted of several charges, one of which includes murder, according to WSB-TV 2 Atlanta.

They were found guilty on charges of participating in criminal gang activity, murder, criminal attempt to commit murder, felony murder, aggravated assault, and gun charges.

The father of five was gunned down at an Atlanta gas station back in 2014

The judge sentenced Muse to life without parole; while the remaining three defendants were handed life sentences.

Surveillance footage showed the four suspects, armed with handguns and one AK-47, appearing to talk to each other before Clements’ vehicle pulled up to the gas station.

Police investigators said over 59 shots were fired. Clements was killed from a gunshot wound to the neck from the AK-47.

During the probe, investigators concluded that the victim had been mistaken for a member of a rival gang.

Clements had just launched a mime dance ministry with his brother when he was murdered. The two, also a mime artist performed in churches around the area.

In October 2014, Tomiko Clements described the instant she faced her son’s murderers in court, saying: “They looked like they didn’t do nothing. No remorse, no nothing.”

Clements left behind five children, including a four-year-old.

His girlfriend, Kendra Clopton, was in the vehicle with him when he was killed and was grazed by a bullet.
