Harrowing video captured the moment a fatal shootout erupted at a Texas car dealership when a pair of bounty hunters went to apprehend a man for failing to appear in court for first-degree charges in the state of Minnesota.

The shootout erupted inside a showroom of a dealership Nissan car dealership in Greenville, Texas.

Both bounty hunters identified as 53-year-old Fidel Garcia Jr. and 33-year-old Gabriel Bernal, both of Corpus Christi, along with the suspect, 49-year-old Ramon Hutchinson, were all killed in the gunbattle, CBS Fort Worth reported.

The Texas Association of Licensed Investigators released a statement following the death of Garcia, who served on the association’s board.

“We are saddened to hear of the loss of Fidel Garcia, Jr., a 20 + year investigator and a Texas Association of Licensed Investigator’s (“TALI”) board member. Fidel was a consummate professional and well respected,” the statement read.
