The woman, Kristen Campbell was a passenger in the vehicle that was stopped.

Campbell, who was a passenger, then grew verbally combative with Cutler as he arrested her friend.

“I’m sorry,” she told NBC News reflecting back on the incident. “I told him twice. I don’t know what came over me.”

Campbell jailed for two days after the attack.

“I’m tired of your mouth,” the officer said in the footage. ‘”et the f*** out of here before I arrest you for littering.”

Cutler added, “Get out or you can go with her! You know what, forget it.”

Campbell was asked to get down on the ground, but a struggle followed during which the officer dropped his handcuffs which Campbell grabbed.

The officer then used a stun gun on the woman three times before she finally was subdued, as it first seemed to have little effect.

“Put your hands behind your back,” Cutler ordered.

Campbell said she threw punched the officer because she didn’t know who was grabbing her despite the officer being in uniform.

“I didn’t see who was behind me,” she told NBC.

Officer Cutler returned to work with a black eye.
