An attorney in Las Vegas, who is accused of providing a phone to her inmate lover, has posted a bold picture of the tattooed felon kissing her cheek.

Alexis Plunkett, 36, was charged with permitting a documented gang member Andrew Arevalo – and another prisoner – to use her phone at the Clark County Detention Center on several instances.

According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, authorities set up cameras inside the visitation room at the prison after growing suspicious of Plunkett’s visits to see 26-year-old Arevalo, some of which took place late at night.

Plunkett is charged with allowing Arevalo – a known gang member – to use her phone at the Clark County Detention Center several times this year

Plunkett, who is also Arevalo’s attorney, was reportedly caught on camera kissing the prisoner on the lips on three separate occasions.

She posted the picture of Arevalo kissing her on the cheek on her firm’s Facebook page on Wednesday, with a caption that read: “He that is without sin among you, let him cast a stone at her.”

Plunkett told the Las Vegas Review-Journal that she isn’t embarrassed by her relationship with Arevalo and the couple have known each other since 2012.

“The press will not dictate my relationship with Andrew; that is why I posted a picture – to show that we are people and I am not ashamed of him,” she said.

“I’ve been with him for years and have never hidden it from anyone… I care for Andrew and have for many years,” she added.

She also posted a picture of her mugshot, and said: “Facing charges? I got you in a way another attorney CANNOT.”

Plunkett, who is also Arevalo’s lawyer, was allegedly caught on camera kissing the inmate on the lips during three separate visits

Arevalo is a documented member of the Surenos gang.

He has a number of felony convictions dating back to 2009 and was shot in the face in a 2014 dispute at High Desert State Prison.

Earlier this year, he was arrested after police discovered him with weapons and drugs, and is awaiting trial.
