DeMario Jackson is certain that the video of his purported sexual against Corrine Olympios will secure his innocence, the star of “Bachelor in Paradise” is reportedly telling friends.

In text messages obtained by The New York Post, the “Bachelorette” contestant states “we all know what happened… the tape will prove it.”

The 30-year-old reportedly engaged in a sexual encounter with Olympios, 24, in a pool at a resort in Mexico, where shooting for the fourth season of the ABC series was occurring. Olympios is now insisting that she was too drunk to consent to the encounter.

TMZ reported that on Tuesday, DeMario Jackson and Olympios spoke with an executive producer and were told that one of the producers was “uncomfortable” with what happened.

An anonymous producer filed a complaint with Warner Bros., which has since started an investigation.

“We have become aware of misconduct on the set of ‘Bachelor in Paradise,’” the studio indicated in a statement to The New York Post. “We have suspended production and are conducting an investigation. Once complete, we will take appropriate action.”

Olympios has hired a lawyer and is said to be blaming producers for letting the sexual encounter with Jackson occur despite her obvious inebriation. Both individuals were reportedly drinking throughout the day, and Olympios argues that she was in a state of blackout and could not consent.

Jackson most recently made an appearance on “The Bachelorette,” in which Rachel Lindsay sent him home during the second week after his ex-girlfriend appeared on the set of the show, claiming the couple had never broken up.

He made a short appearance on the episode that premiered on June 5 to explain himself to Lindsay. He first met the “Bachelorette” in March on the “After the Final Rose” special, where Lindsay met a handful of the show’s contestants.

Corinne became largely disliked by her fellow contestants on Nick Viall’s season of the Bachelor when she stripped off for a pool photo shoot.

Although neither Jackson nor Olympios has publicly spoken since the scandal surfaced, host Chris Harrison addressed the incident on Tuesday.

“By now, you have heard that we have suspended production on ‘Bachelor in Paradise.’ I can confirm that this is sadly the case,” Harrison said to The New York Post. “Out of respect to all involved, there’s only so much I can and will say. Normally with a situation like this, I would not say anything until the incident is resolved, but with all the rumors and misinformation out there, I don’t find that to be possible anymore.”

Harrison said Warner Bros. is tirelessly working on the investigation.

“Warner Bros. is handling the details. They’re moving to gather all the facts, and once that’s done, a decision can be made about where to go from here,” Harrison added.

“There are a lot of competing details in the press accounts of the incident. And there’s a lot of misinformation out there. We urge everyone to be patient until the investigation is complete.”
