On Tuesday, prosecutors hit the Jason Hoppy, the ex-husband of ‘Real House Wives’ star Bethenny Frankel with additional stalking charges — even as he requested for the judge to dismiss the case — revealing new details about the string of texts and emails that he has overloaded her with since their divorce was made official last year.

Hoppy has been charged with two additional stalking counts — in addition to three stalking and harassment charges — for bothering the “Real Housewives of New York” star with over 160 creepy text messages and emails and screaming “I will destroy you” at Frankel outside their 6-year-old’s school, the New York Post reported.

“We could have a different relationship, but you’re unwilling to shut your mouth about me and my daughter and refuse to cooperate. Ball’s in your court to change,” Hoppy threatened in a text sent on October 1st.

Hoppy was first hit with stalking charges earlier this year

The message added: I’m happy to meet to discuss. You know you’re the problem. But if not I will proceed as I see fit,”

The message was sent one day after Frankel asked Hoppy, whom she married in 2010 and separated from in 2012, to stop contacting her. After threatening to proceed, he sent her over 160 threatening messages over the duration of several months. The long and grueling divorce was finalized in July 2016, just before Hoppy allegedly began harassing Bethenny Frankel via text.

Judge Phyllis Chu prolonged an order of protection prohibiting Hoppy from interacting with Frankel and reminded him not to contact her.

Hoppy refused to take a plea deal in March. His attorneys entered a motion to dismiss on Tuesday.
