Two suspects identified, charged in Snapchat shooting video

Authorities in Houston have identified and charged two suspects who allegedly shot firearms from a moving vehicle in a video posted on Snapchat.

According to charging records, Michael Anthony Cuellar, 29, and Sierra Tarbutton, 27, have been charged with deadly conduct after discharging a gun.

On Thursday, the Houston Police Department verified it was “actively investigating” the Snapchat shooting video that went viral.

One video shows a man shooting a pistol at what looks like homes in the background, many of which were recently inundated by Hurricane Harvey.

Two other posts show a woman holding and shooting a bigger gun along Highway 6.

Charging documents noted that Cuellar goes by the name “Money Mike” is a rapper and drug dealer, ABC13 reported.

Police said Tarbutton was also previously cited for threatening a public servant.
