A 13-year-old Maryland teen is accused of masterminding the rape of a teen last month, a recent report reveals.

Edgar Chicas-Hernandez, 17, and 19-year-old Victor Gonzalez-Guttierrres have been charged with raping a classmate after they were persuaded to do so by a 13-year-old girl.

A report obtained by the Fredrick News Post indicated that the victim told investigators that she was pulled by her hair while walking home on September 1st. Three men, two of whom she noticed were her classmates, pushed her into a vehicle.

The victim claimed the boys hit her and used a knife to slit her chest before covering her mouth and taking her to an apartment.

According to the document, the victim said they spent hours raping her while the third boy video recorded the entire ordered.

Detective Joe Palkovic referred to the incident as a unique situation due to the severe nature and violence of the offense where someone waited for a particular victim, took her to a remote location, and then sexually assaulted her.

Even though the teen boys threatened to assault her again if she told anyone, she went straight to the police.

According to records, the 13-year-old girl who planned the attack did so in hopes of making money.

The report state she told one of the three boys that if he got footage of the incident, she’d repay him with a night that would be worth their while.

Authorities are considering any link between the victim and 13-year-old. They noted that there might be a connection between the victim and the young girl where an online threat took place on the 13-year-old’s behalf, but they are still investigating.

Reports added that the teen mastermind reached out to the boyfriend of the victim just days before the attack took place. She allegedly told him that she had people lined up who were going to attack the girl and try to get cash out of her.

She also invited him to take part in the attack because it would be a fun time.

The girl has since refused to acknowledge that she had any part in the attack and claims that there are multiple fake online profiles claiming to be her.

Hernandez and Gutierres have been taken into custody on charges of kidnapping, rape, first-degree and second-degree assault and sodomy. The third boy has yet to be charged.
