Charlie Heaton, the star of Stranger Things, has reportedly been denied entry into the United States after being busted at the airport with cocaine.

The British actor was traveling to Los Angeles for the season two premiere party when he was caught with the substance by patrol dogs.

U.S. border officials declined to permit the 23-year-old into the country last week, and he was deported back to London, The Huffington Post reported.

As a result, he missed the launch party for the Netflix show on Thursday.

It is also now feared that Heaton could be banned from coming into the country in the future, meaning that it could impact his ability to continue his role Stranger Things.

A source stated: “He was not arrested. He was held at the airport and put on a plane to London. If you are a foreign national and it is a lot of drugs you may be charged. If it is personal use, the consequences are that you will not be allowed in the country.”
