Two NYPD narcotics officers have been charged with first-degree rape after a teen alleged that she was assaulted while she in handcuffs in Coney Island.

The 18-year-old claims that one NYPD investigators raped her and both ordered her to perform oral sex in a parking lot after she was busted smoking weed in September.

Eddie Martins and Richard Hall are soon expected to turn themselves for their arraignment.

A grand jury decided on Thursday to charge the cops after hearing a week of testimony, including the accuser testifying.

The two officers, from the NYPD’s Brooklyn South narcotics squad, did not dismiss the sexual acts but insisted they were consensual.

After the accusations went public, they and their supervisor were placed on modified duty, and their badges and guns were taken away.

The charges come after the officers spent last week attempting to discredit the woman, claiming that she posted ‘provocative’ selfies to her Instagram and Twitter after the alleged attack

If found guilty, the cops would face a minimum of three years and a maximum of 25 years behind bars.

Mark Bederow, Martins’ lawyer, said: “The dynamic will change when there are proceedings. The allegations publicly alleged by the plaintiff’s lawyer will need to be supported by credible evidence and withstand scrutiny.”

The indictment occurred after the suspect spent last week trying to discredit their teen in a letter to prosecutors.

The letter stated how she filed a $50 million claim against New York City this month and has posted “provocative” selfies on her social media after the purported assault.

The defense attorneys for the officers pushed prosecutors ‘to further look into Chambers’ dubious claim before they ask the grand jury indict Martins and Hall.

The teen went on Twitter to reveal her dismay that the officers claimed the sex acts were consensual.

“She was shocked that the [cops] would say it was consensual after everything. She wanted to get the word out,” her attorney Michael David said in an interview with the New York Post.

“She wants everybody to know it’s a lie that this was consensual. She was raped. She was viciously raped in handcuffs.”

“She’s embarrassed. She’s depressed. Her whole life had changed after this. She’s afraid of the police, and she wants justice to be served here.”

After the incident, the woman sought treatment from NYU Langone Hospital.

The officers’ DNA was discovered on a rape kit conducted on the woman.

She also talked to a friend about the assault and reported it to authorities.

The officers reportedly targeted the woman after discovering prescription drugs in her car during a stop.

They let two young men who were with her leave, before making her undress so they could “search for drugs.”

Although nothing else was found, she was handcuffed.

“You’ll spend three hours in the precinct,” they told her, They also said: “This is what you’re going to do, and we’ll let you go.”
