Authorities arrested a New Jersey lawyer after he walked into a stranger’s Rutherford residence naked from the waist down except with a pair of high heels ona and declared: “I’m here.”

Justin Christodoro, 39, was arrested in neighboring Lyndhurst on Saturday after a resident came to discover an unknown vehicle with an unconscious man inside parked in the driveway.

“It was occupied by a man sitting in the passenger seat wearing a black shirt and black high-heels,” Lyndhurst police Captain John Valente said.

An officer from Rutherford who went to the scene as backup noticed the man’s clothes as being similar to a report from an earlier incident at another home.

The homeowners told authorities that they were home just before 5 pm on Saturday when someone walked in the back door. The man, wearing only a T-shirt and high heels, then realized he was at the wrong house and left.

Christodoro, who was disoriented after he was woken up by officers, said he didn’t know how he got to Lyndhurst and put on sweatpants that he had inside his vehicle. He was then taken into custody after police discovered a bag inside the car containing what police alleged was MDMA, the active ingredient in ecstasy.

The DUI lawyer was charged with criminal trespass in connection with the first incident and is facing a drug possession charge in Lyndhurst.
