A recently surfaced report accuses actor Sylvester Stallone of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl at a Las Vegas hotel in 1986.

According to a police report obtained by the Daily Mail, the alleged incident occurred while Stallone was in Vegas filming the movie “Over the Top.”

The unnamed teen told police in Los Vegas during a July 1986 interview that Stallone “intimidated” her into having a threesome with him and his bodyguard, Michael De Luca, at the former Las Vegas Hilton hotel, where the film was being shot.

The teen alleged that while she was having intercourse with the actor, the then 40-year-old Sylvester Stallone encouraged De Luca to join them, which made her feel “very uncomfortable,” and felt she had “no choice” but to participate.

The report further states that De Luca, who was killed in 2013, made her give him oral sex, then “came around and had vaginal sex with her.”

Stallone then allegedly made her perform oral sex on him.

Stallone allegedly had sex with the girl, telling her she was ‘very tight’. Stallone’s bodyguard Michael ‘Mike’ De Luca then ‘forced’ her to give him a blowjob before penetrating her while Stallone received oral sex from the teen, according to a police report. Afterwards, the purported victim said Stallone threatened to “beat her head in” if she told anyone what occurred, then laughed about it with De Luca.

The young woman spoke with investigators after police located her upon learning about the incident from a hotel employee.

She told cops that fear and humiliation stopped her from pursuing charges, according to the report.

“She indicated that if the sexual encounter had only been with Stallone, she would not pursue this matter, but due to the fact that Mike, the bodyguard became involved in the sexual incident, she didn’t know what she wanted to do,” the report says.

According to the Daily Mail, the teen eventually signed a no-prosecution form and the issue was dropped.

The 16-year-old said she met the “Rambo” star through actor David Mendenhall, who introduced her to Stallone in an elevator.

The teen told police, she got Stallone’s autograph a couple days later, at which point the actor asked how old she was.

“She told him she was 16, going on 17 years of age,” the report reads. “She told me that Stallone asked her how she got such a build and she said that she just blushed.”

The next day, De Luca gave her two keys to Stallone’s room on the 27th floor, where the alleged incident occurred.

Stallone’s publicists staunchly denied the allegations in a statement.

“This is a ridiculous, categorically false story. No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr. Stallone. At no time was Mr. Stallone ever contacted by authorities or anyone else regarding this matter,” a rep for Stallone told Fox News.
