A suspected prostitute leaped to her death from a third-floor window out of a building in Queens while attempting to evade arrest during a sting operation conducted by the NYPD.

The 38-year-old woman was reportedly working as a prostitute in an apartment on top of a massage parlor in Flushing on Saturday when she consented to carry out a paid sexual act on an undercover officer, The New York Post reported.

She jumped out a window when the officer’s backup tried to enter the apartment and take her into custody.

Other cops outside watched as she plunged down to the sidewalk at roughly 9:30 p.m.

Emergency personnel rushed her to New York-Presbyterian Hospital Queens with severe head and body trauma, where she succumbed to her injuries on Sunday.

Her identity has not been published, and the city medical examiner will ascertain the cause of death.

The undercover officer was part of a bust operation by the Queens North Vice Enforcement Division.

The woman died on the site of a horrific killing in the same building in 2010. Huang Chen concluded a years-long campaign of harassment and violence against 46-year-old Qian Wu, who beat and choked her before she carved out her heart and lungs.

Chen, who was furious that Wu couldn’t get her a job through her employment agency, is serving a 29-year prison stint for the killing.
