Female fugitive inmate Rhonda L. Blake who broke out of prison almost twenty years ago from a work detention center in Idaho was apprehended in South Dakota using a false identity.

The Idaho Department of Correction indicated 57-year-old was taken into custody at her residence in Rapid City, South Dakota, on November 27th after she fled from a Boise Work Center on Christmas Eve in 1998.
