Arkansas authorities size a variety of narcotics during drug bust near elementary school

“Almost Every Drug You Can Think Of” And More Seized In Arkansas Drug Bust

Three Arkansas residents are facing a total of 15 felonies in connection with a drug bust that took place last week.

Jeffrey A. Johnston, 26, Tessa Rhane Welch, 27 and Riley A. Blair, 26, each face several felony charges stemming from the drug bust that occurred in Pea Ridge, just after 2:00 p.m. on December 7th, according to 5Newsonline.

The residence where the bust took place is located less than a mile away from an Elementary School.

A tip led authorities to search the residence and where officers discovered two loaded AR-15 rifles, a loaded pistol, almost two pounds of marijuana and over $14,000 seized.

Officers also seized “almost every drug you can think of,” a Pea Ridge cops said on social media.

The drugs included cocaine, prescription opioids, ecstasy, DMT powder, hashish and psychedelic mushrooms.

Johnston and Welch are facing charges of simultaneous possession of drugs and guns, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Blair is facing seven counts of possessing a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Drugs and money were discovered in various rooms in the house and Blair’s truck. Cocaine, drug paraphernalia, and cash were discovered in Johnson’s car.

All three suspects have been released from the Benton County Jail on bond.
