“Home Alone” star John Heard had a cocktail of narcotics in his system when he died according to new information published by TMZ.

The gossip website obtained a posthumous toxicology report, which revealed that the 71-year-old actor had several types of drugs in his system at the time of his death back in July including Xanax, Oxycodone, Tramadol, Oxymorphone, Hydromorphone, Buprenorphine, and Fentanyl.

The drugs were likely prescribed after Heard underwent surgery two days before to his shocking death.

The toxicology report revealed that Narcan, which is used to offset the effects of opioid overdose was administered in an attempt to revive John Heard.

Despite the drugs in his system, Heard’s death was ruled a heart attack because of his history of heart disease.

The report does not indicate whether the cocktail of pain medications contributed to the actor’s death.

Heard’s body was discovered by a maid inside a hotel room where he was recovering from his surgery.
