A Florida man was charged with DUI after mistaking a bank for a drive-thru for a Taco Bell.

According to the Tampa Bay Times, Hernando County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 38-year-old Douglas Jon Francisco on Wednesday night outside the Bank of America branch in Spring Hill.

Bank employees witnessed Francisco passed out in the bank’s drive-up lane and knocked on his car window for some time in an attempt to wake the DUI suspect.

Deputies said Francisco finally woke up and tried to order a burrito.

When the branch manager told him it wasn’t a Taco Bell, he reportedly drove to the front parking lot.

Deputies arrived to find Francisco in the driver’s seat with his car running.

Cops administered a field sobriety test, which Francisco failed, and he was subsequently booked for DUI.

Francisco was released after posting a $500 bond on Thursday.

Jail records didn’t indicate whether he has an attorney.
