Authorities busted a California man transporting more than 100 pounds of marijuana during a traffic stop in Mississippi earlier this week.

WTVA reports that a Mississippi State trooper pulled over 57-year-old George Herbert Stonebreaker, of Paradise, California on Thursday on Interstate 22 in Itawamba County.

A subsequent search of Stonebreaker’s 2015 Ford F-150 led to the discovery of the marijuana hidden in the bed of the pickup.

The trooper also discovered 450 pounds of marijuana wax.

Stonebreaker was arrested on drug trafficking charges and booked into the custody of Itawamba County where he remains on a $50,000 bond.

The trooper who made the arrest works with the Mississippi Highway Patrol Traveling Criminal Apprehension Program, which targets suspects who are transporting illegal drugs.

The Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics is aiding with the investigation.
